Youth Media Works is a free program that empowers youth to create, communicate, and compete in the modern job market.  The program combines multimedia training with workplace readiness;  youth create their own videos, build their resumes, and learn new job skills. Youth that complete the Youth Media Works program can apply for a media internship with CMAP TV.

Youth ages 15 and up, living in South Santa Clara County (Gilroy, San Martin, & Morgan Hill).

Locations & Sessions:
The program is offered in Gilroy and Morgan Hill. There are three sessions per year:  Fall (12 weeks), Spring (12 weeks), Summer (8 weeks).

There are no fees to participate in the program.  

Program Incentives:
Participants with consistent attendance receive a program incentive (gift card) each month.  

This is a voluntary program. We encourage referrals from South County Youth Task Force partner agencies, local community organizations, schools, and families.
