Becca King Reed

Becca King Reed

Executive Producer

Becca King Reed has an award-winning background as an executive producer of television magazine shows, news programs and documentaries. For the past 6 years she supervised the day-to-day operations of public television station, KQED Silicon Valley (formerly KTEH) which included fund-raising and community involvement. She also led the editorial team in developing and producing content.

Production highlights include the creation of Emmy Award-winning biography series, This is Us (KQED+) and oversight of one of public television’s more successful kids programs, It’s a Big, Big World. King Reed was a producer of this multi-million dollar, high definition program, which at the time was on the cutting edge for live-action 3D animation, and was supported by a production staff and crew of more than sixty people.

Prior to joining CMAP, Ian spent eight years working as a documentary producer and editor on projects for PBS, MSNBC, and various nonprofits.  While working for the award-winning documentary company Luna Productions, Ian produced, directed or edited over 70 short videos for, and directed a four-year community engagement campaign for the the Emmy-nominated PBS documentary Soldiers of Conscience.  Previous clients include the California Department of Public Health, HopeLab, Global Citizen Year, and the Community Foundation of Santa Cruz County.

Ian is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to share their stories.  In addition to his video production work, he leads storytelling workshops for youth and adults.

Josh Becker

Josh Becker was raised beneath the grey skies of “Rain City” – Seattle, Washington. From a young age he was intrigued and inspired by both video and photography alike. Prior to joining the team at CMAP and CTV, Josh gained over ten years of experience as a camera operator and field producer for numerous reality TV shows and documentaries, including Alaska State Troopers, Russia’s Toughest Prisons, Knievel’s Wild Ride, Sell This House, and Vanilla Ice Goes Amish. Josh has an extraordinary passion for creating top-notch videos for our clients in and around the Bay Area.

Josh currently resides in sunny Santa Cruz, California. In his spare time he enjoys his life-long passion of skateboarding,  photography and creating art.
